Privacy Policy
Who we are
This policy is from Growth Bridge Pty Ltd (ABN 87 617 239 521), trading as Growth Bridge Consulting. In this policy "we" means that company. You can reach us at matt@growth-bridge.co.
What this policy covers
Our website at growth-bridge.co and four tools we run on their own addresses. They are Where AI Helps, the AI Opportunity Map, the Data and AI Maturity Assessment and Your Expertise and AI.
What we collect
- Website contact form. Your name, your email address and any message you write.
- Where AI Helps. The areas you tick, which one matters most, a written answer of up to 500 characters and your email address. If you use the "own words" option, we collect your note (up to 500 characters) and your email address.
- AI Opportunity Map. The part of the business you answer for, a one-line description of the business and your role, up to three areas of work in your own words, your selections and your email address. We save your answers as you move through the tool, so we hold them even if you never finish. We also record how long you spend on each screen and where you stop.
- Your Expertise and AI. A few words on your field of work, your five selections, a written answer of up to 2,000 characters and your email address. We also record any source tag in the link you arrived from and a scrambled version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
- Data and AI Maturity Assessment. Your first name, last name, email address, company and, if you choose, your role. Your answers to the assessment questions stay on your device. Your report is built there and isn't sent to us.
Please don't put sensitive details about other people in the free-text boxes.
Cookies and tracking
We don't set cookies or run analytics on our sites. Fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
To produce the output you asked for, send it to you and follow up if you have invited that. A person at Growth Bridge may read what you wrote when they follow up. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
How we use AI
Where AI Helps, the AI Opportunity Map and Your Expertise and AI use an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic) to write your output from your answers. Your written answers and selections are sent to Anthropic for that purpose. Your email address is not. No person reviews the output before it reaches you. We don't use it to make decisions about you, such as ranking you, scoring you for follow-up or judging your eligibility for anything. Anthropic's commercial terms don't allow it to train its models on this content. It is deleted from Anthropic's systems after 30 days. Content Anthropic flags as misuse may be kept longer.
Your link is private but not locked
Your output has its own link. Anyone who holds that link can open it, because there is no login. Please treat it like a private document.
We send your link from our Google Workspace mailbox. Copies stay there as ordinary business records. They contain your link and no answers. The link stops working when the submission behind it is deleted. The subject line of a Where AI Helps email names the area you chose. Messages from the website contact form and details from the Data and AI Maturity Assessment form reach us by email and stay in our mailbox on the same basis.
Who else handles your information
- Google (Firebase, Cloud Functions and Workspace email) stores your submission and sends the email. Data is held in Sydney, Australia.
- Anthropic writes your output, as above.
- Formspree receives what you enter in the website contact form and the Data and AI Maturity Assessment form and passes it to us by email.
Some of these providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Submissions in our databases are deleted automatically after 12 months. We also delete the scrambled version of your IP address automatically. Formspree keeps what you enter in its forms under its own privacy policy. We delete submissions from its dashboard when we no longer need them. Enquiries and leads that reach our mailbox stay there as business records until we no longer need them. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our sites and tools are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Submissions are stored with Google, which encrypts stored data by default. Our databases don't allow direct access from a browser. We collect only what each tool needs. The Data and AI Maturity Assessment keeps your answers on your device. If we learn of a breach of your information that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and, where the law requires, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email matt@growth-bridge.co and we'll respond within 30 days. If you have a complaint we'll look into it and reply in writing. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
We update this policy when our tools change and show the date at the top.
