Growth Bridge is the specialist advisory practice of Matt Burden, with 25 years of delivery experience across the world's leading retail and consumer organisations.

Growth Bridge exists to help leadership teams turn data and AI ambition into working capability. The practice is built on 25 years of delivery: teams built, platforms deployed, programmes run, and commercial outcomes achieved across some of the most demanding retail and consumer businesses in the UK, Europe, and APAC.

25 Years of Delivery

Matt's career spans the organisations that defined modern retail analytics and customer intelligence: Tesco and dunnhumby in the formative era of data-driven retail, Aimia leading the Sainsbury's client relationship, and Quantium in a series of executive roles culminating in leadership of its largest divisional P&L. More recent roles at Prospection and Tecsa extended that experience into healthcare data and APAC retail analytics platforms.

The common thread is delivery at scale on both sides of the client relationship. At Quantium, Matt led an 80-plus person team serving 400-plus consumer goods suppliers, generating $47m in revenue with an industry-leading NPS of 42. Earlier at Aimia, he ran the Sainsbury's account with a team of 45 and full P&L responsibility. Growth Bridge: Specialist Advisory Since 2020

Growth Bridge has been Matt's own advisory practice since February 2020. Through it, Matt works with retailers, consumer brands, and B2B technology companies across APAC, advising leadership teams on data and AI strategy, transformation programme design, and the organisational capability that makes change stick.
