Growth Bridge Consulting is operated by Matt Burden as a sole trader. This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website and its associated tools, how it's used, and how you can access or correct it.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to growth-bridge.co, assess.growth-bridge.co (the Data and AI Maturity Assessment) and enable.growth-bridge.co (the AI Enablement Assessment).

What we collect

• Contact form (growth-bridge.co): your name and email address, and any message you include.
• Data and AI Maturity Assessment: your name, email address, organisation and role, provided when you request your results. Your answers to the assessment questions are processed on your own device to generate your report and are not sent to us.
• AI Enablement Assessment: your name, email address and other contact details, together with your full responses to the assessment questions, which are stored in our systems.

We only collect what's needed to send you your results and follow up if you've asked to hear from us.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your assessment results, to respond to enquiries, and to follow up about Growth Bridge's services if that's of interest to you. We don't use it for anything beyond this.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website and its tools, covering form processing, hosting and spam protection. Some of these providers are based overseas, principally the United States, so your information may be processed outside Australia as part of how these services work. We choose established providers and don't sell or trade your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and assessment details for no longer than 12 months. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact matt@growth-bridge.co and we'll action it promptly.

Marketing and opt-outs

If we follow up about Growth Bridge's services, every email includes a simple way to opt out. You can also email us directly at any time to be removed from any list.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact matt@growth-bridge.co and we'll respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always applies to information collected through this site.
